Gluten free – Instant Coconut laddoos | No Milkmaid | No heat
This is one of my son’s favorite sweet which I make for him. And the best part is they are ready in a jiffy. Totally Instant 5 mins Coconut Laddu – No Heat, no milkmaid Recipe. This is a quick and elegant Indian dessert recipe, which is prepared with only 5 basic ingredients.
And plus, these gluten-free treats do not require any heat. 🙂
Ingredients
- Coconut pwdr – 1 cup
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Milk pwdr – 2 tbsp
- Milk – 1 tbsp
- Elaichi pwdr – 1/2 tsp
Method
- Mix milk powder, coconut powder, sugar, elaichi pwdr & mix
- Add in the milk gradually to the dry ingredients
- Mix everything until it all comes together
- Make them into yummy laddoos
- Decorate them with dry fruits or just gobble them up.
