Nutty Date Health Balls – Vegan
Ingredients
120g Medjool dates, pitted
40g ABC nut butter (almond, brazil and cashew)
40g rolled oats
30g desiccated coconut
10g rice malt syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. stevia granules
Method
Soak the dates in water for 5 minutes to soften them.
Drain the water
Add the dates into a food processor
Add the nut butter, oats, coconut, rice malt syrup, stevia and cinnamon and process until combined
Roll the mixture into 5 balls
Serve 1 ball and refrigerate the remaining balls to be consumed during the week.
