Olive Oil Chicken – Keto Recipes
Yields: 5 servings
A very delicious and low carb way to enjoy chicken.
Ingredients
1 large patty chicken
1 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tbsps salt
1 tbsp black pepper
5 cloves garlic
Directions
Chop the garlic cloves into very tinny cubes.
Pre-heat the olive oil in a pan, after it reaches high, add the chopped garlic.
Salt and pepper the chicken pieces and add to the pan.
Fry on both sides until turns a nice brown color, decrease temperature and cover, cook for 25 minutes.
To serve, cover with 2 tablespoons of the garlic olive oil sauce, enjoy.
