Best Keto Mushroom Omelette | How to
An omelette can hardly get any better than this homey, comforting mushroom omelette. Cheesy, mushroom-y and simply deliciously keto. 🙂
Ingredients:
1/2 cups roughlyly diced mushrooms
1 Tbsp butter
Salt and pepper (to taste)
pinch of haldi
5-6 chopped curry leaves (or other herbs)
1 green chilly
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 tbsp shredded cheese
Method:
Add the butter in the pan & once its melted add the chillies, Curry leaves, haldi, mushroom, salt & pepper.
Saute until the mushrooms are cooked.
Add the beaten eggs, cover it with a lid & let it cook for a minute.
Now flip the omelette & sprinkle the grated cheese on top & let it cook until the cheese melts.
