Low-Carb Lassi

  1. 2 cups  480 ml ice-cold water
  2. 7 oz / 200 g organic, full-fat plain Greek or Turkish yogurt
  3. 1/4 teaspoon unrefined sea salt OR Himalayan salt

 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender jar.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Serve over ice cubes, with spicy food or just as general refreshment.
