Raw Vegan Brownies
Raw vegan brownies 🍫
No equipment needed. How good is that? So simple but I promise, so fudgy and tasty.
Ingredients
8 fresh dates
1 cup buckwheat flour
0.5 cup cacao powder
3 tbsp tahini
0.5 cup oat milk (or any other plant based milk)
FROSTING
80g melted vegan chocolate
Directions
1. With your hands, mix together the dates, buckwheat flour, cacao powder and tahini.
2. Add the oat milk (or any other nut milk)
3. Put the mixture in a form.
4. Melt the vegan chocolate and cover the brownie.
5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
